Alongside counselling I can offer easy-to-use techniques based on the body's natural responses, to ease the physical and emotional pain of distressing memories.

I am professionally qualified and a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)

I charge a fixed fee of £50 per 50 minute session.
